Enrollment & attendance policy
-
Course and registration fees
Fees for Sanjia children’s programs are listed in the course schedule. A $30 registration fee applies. This fee may be reduced or waived for long-term enrollment.
-
Withdrawal after the first class
After the first group class, students who do not wish to continue may request to withdraw. The school deducts the $30 registration fee and the undiscounted fee for the first class, and refunds the remaining balance in full.
-
Paid trial and parent attendance
For a paid trial, parents may accompany their child during the first class. Once regular classes begin, parents may not stay in the classroom during lessons, to maintain classroom order and effective teaching.
-
Absences and session records
For small-group classes, up to two absences per term may be recorded as credit.
Each class missed for personal reasons is counted as a used session. No make-up class or extension of the course is provided.
